The Polar Unite shows a very sober design. It is lightweight to wear (32g) and its round screen fits well on small wrists; It is suitable for both sportsmen and women. The strap is made of two materials, the surface is made of recycled PET fiber and on the back, the part adherent to the skin, is in silicon. It is really comfortable to wear during activities, but also during restful sleep.

Polar Unite is very easy to set up and use. To get started, you just need to press its physical button and the “Start Workout” option. You can choose from a number of activities  like cycling, walking, indoor cycling, running on a treadmill, swimming, yoga, bodybuilding sessions, etc. You can sweat and swim without worries as Unite is water resistant up to 30 m.

As soon as you have finished your task, hold down the button for 3 seconds to save it. Then, go to the free Polar Flow web service/app (smartphone via Bluetooth or computer) and the complementary Polar Beat app to sync your data. These apps will give you more details about your sessions and accurate monitoring, allowing you to understand your efforts and improve your performance. Finally, share your data to impress your loved ones and get their support!

Recovery steps are as important as activities. Controlled rest helps you recover between sessions and increases your efficiency. Thanks to the Sleep Plus Stages and Nightly Recharge functions, you can study your sleep and its quality. In fact, they are responsible for analyzing your phases precisely (light, paradoxical, deep sleep and your interruptions).

As last point, keep in mind that Unite doesn’t have GPS, so you’ll need to take your smartphone with you during your running or cycling sessions. The Polar Unite lasts about 4 days without charging, for its power charge you need to insert it into the USB charging adapter and connect it to a computer or a wall charger.
